New policy or not, lots of people at DV still working from home with their managers approval, even though no exception granted. Why Ares they so special versus the rest of us coming into the office more??? Hope they and their managers get canned!!!
OK so the CEO showed up at a random site in Florida and the red carpet was not rolled out. The CEO edicted a policy that was impossible to enforce. The CEO will now dash to the next shiny object...

I'm still working from home with no impact to me and no change from my supervisor, .... so far
Lots of people still working from home. Depends on manager. Some handling it the don't ask, don't tell way. Where as others are still WFH and saying "what are you going to do about it Honeywell?"
They're smarter than you think!. As long as there is no policy, you can't wfh...so guess what?
In the global policy manual. 2099 for US and 2100 for non US
