Did you see Kotex's response to that first lady's question during the town hall? This Koetsier guy has guts.
The fact that anyone from Honeywell is publicly posting their pro-WFH opinion is significant enough, regardless of the source.
If you want people to get your point, you need to state it clearly. Like everyone else, I interpreted your statement as that someone at Honeywell wrote the article.
Listen, dude. You're totally missing the point. A Honeywell employee, a manager, posted the link on LinkedIn, where everyone he's connected to can read it. It's a pro-WFH article. I'm the OP. My original post stated that he "posted this on LinkedIn" and then I followed it with the exact "link" he posted.
The point is that he's clearly stating, in a public forum, and not anonymously, what he thinks of the new policy.
Don't know whether you actually read this article. It was not written by anyone in HI and it was written a year ago.
Why should WFH not be an option? Other than those who can't do it are envious?
You may be mistaken. This has been posted/shared/liked by several director level employees. Some of them in prominent positions.
This was written by a consultant - not anyone working at Honeywell. You are confusing 'Adam' with 'Andrew'
Please review on Glassdoor.com. And share this link so others will too- it's anonymous.

Great!! We need to keep this going. Make sure to post it on every review you give honeyhell so everyone knows working remotely is NOT an option.
