The Ultimate Insult

ROFLMAO... President's club just announced. TWELVE lucky people will be whisked off to Santa Clara for a fun filled few days of socializing with the "executives" somewhere in the Bay area. Alcatraz seems like a fitting venue. Meanwhile the rest of the sales organization will have to endure several hours in an online "digital kickoff" - presumably as punishment.

When there's nothing left to destroy, they'll all go back to Cisco to collect their reward. That appears to be their strategy from the start.

Seriously? Let me see... A few days with the so-called executives. Hmm... who would they be? That life s---ing parasite Kevin Kennedy or the former PLANT MANAGER, Jim Chirico? What type of plants did he manage, you ask? Vegetables, no doubt. My God, what a worthless, soul-less company. Treat people like crap all year long, fire 20% of them and then give TWELVE (yes that's TWELVE) lucky people a trip to SANTA CLARA as a REWARD for enduring a year of misery. The rest get a DIGITAL KICK-OFF? Is that even a thing? Real companies actually get their people together once in a while. What a concept. But what can you expect from "leaders" who's collective legacy is the destruction of multiple companies - just check their records. Meanwhile, they all have huge change of control payouts in the million$ when this pig sells. It's beyond belief and a hard kick in the genitals for everyone who is unfortunate enough to still work there. #gladtobeout #failedcompany #worthlessmanagement.

I saw that email as well. It used to be that 110% of objective = 4-5 days in a nice place, it was called Achievers Club. Today,(September 16, 2016), our esteemed COO Jim Chirco sent an email that the top 12 performers globally,(mind you we are a company of 15,000-20,000), will get a free trip to HQ to meet with Executives. They should be ashamed and embarrassed. It is better to do nothing, or if we are that bad just close up shop- game over Avaya
