Just like the surveys they are full of sh--'s been smoke and mirrors for too long that Honeywell hires any real leaders. They hire cutthroats that do not value nor appreciate the laborer from the administrative to the wrench turners. We're all expendable and i suspect the aerospace sector to be outsourced eventually, so be aware. The leaders should be brought up on charges and FIRED.

If its the guy I am thinking of then I really could give 2 sh--s if it was his money or not. He has no clue how to build a team or how to treat employees. The same guy who has chased off all the good leadership. The same guy who just a few months ago blamed the people on the floor that his MIP got cut in half because we were taking one or two minutes over our break. Sounds to me that he is making a poor attempt at trying to make folks think he is a good guy. My facts may have been wrong but that does not change the fact that he is an idiot who is in the good old boy club. DO WHAT YOU DO!

Actually their manager paid for it out of his own pocket to cheer them up. As well as the hotdogs for everyone, which weren't anything amazing, but whatever. I don't like the guy personally, but your info is false. Quit yer b--chin if you don't know the facts, Hourly keeps rollin on without gettin touched.

I don't think most folks are working anymore at the Phoenix site. This company has failed. It is showing. Watch the stock start falling now.

Even if I were to make it through the firing next week, I'm done doing anything but my job.

If they lay me off the first thing I'm doing is taking a bucket of balls and driving them straight into the side of Timmy Ballony's track home. They tell us no more food recognitions or Bravos because it gives a negative perception to the employees being let go while these c*ck gobblers fly around in half a dozen corporate jets at our expense.

Give the leaders a break. They made sure each layed off or furloughed employee was properly recognized by writing their name on the ball just before whacking them with a driver. Lots of high fives and laughs. Team building I think they call it.
