Forget about PSE, what about the PMO? Another useless organization that contributes nothing. Want to save $$$, toss that org out the door.

The plan is to flattened out the organization.
Don't forget the new PSE and APQP organizations. Which are nothing but policemen to monitor your work. Who institutes massive organizational changes with no operational guidelines only to make them up as you go. They have been a huge drain on efficiency for engineering.
