Nothing in my Oracle compensation history about a re-org.

The only "re-org" that will help this outfit is if someone takes over their sorry asses. But that's not going to happen.

Just look in oracle, under job/ compensation history. I have a re-org dated this month. This is far from rumor mill.

Susan certainly is creatively challenged. Exhibit A is the GAP crap. Cheap repackaging of vintage '80s organizational training. Probably picked it up from her Amoco days. Didn't work so well for Amoco either. All that breakthrough junk doesn't change supply & demand fundamentals. Never will. Don't waste your breath trying to explain that to her. She's totally tone deaf. More cuts? Absolutely, it's in her '80s play book. What else can you expect from a manager insecure enough to have that many titles?

Like the old saying goes, “Some people’s brain/wisdom are in their eyes only”. That means Susan C. does not have any intelligence or wisdom. She is a follower, not a leader. Anadarko laid off additional staff last week. There is a credible source that ConocoPhillips is laying off many employees for the fourth round. Therefore, Susan will follow the same just like other competitors. No doubt about it. This is one of her skills as a Sr. Executive VP.

That is a pretty safe rumor. Significant reorgs occur about every 18 to 24 months. We're due for one.

Yes, like a Trilobite. Creepy and crawly and soon to be extinct.

The reality is Noble blows. It's a garbage-bottom feeding company.

I'll bet you do. Did you have the same myopia in late 2014 and 2015? Likely. It ain't doom and gloom to recognize market fundamentals, just common sense. Go ahead though, keep your head in the sand. Leaves more opportunities for the rest of us.

Agreed,

Noble will cut more staff to appease Wall Street by the end of the year and stay afloat for a bit longer. Mark my words, no senior managers will be let go and lots of regular folk will be shown the door.

Eventually Noble will fall by the wayside, felled by it's egocentric incompetent senior staff. Sad that Susan and Stover will laugh all the way to the bank, oblivious to the havoc they have caused.

Reality is Noble is losing money. If you don't recognize that then you are in denial or blind. Fact is prices are currently too low to make a profit and show little sign of moving upward any time soon. Management's solution is to sell assets to stay alive. How long do you think that can last? Perhaps another quarter or two. Soon the analysts will take note and question whether the asset sales are cutting into meat. When that happens the exec's will revisit staffing to deflect attention. They'll heartlessly cut to show they're "serious" about costs. Sorry if reality bursts your bubble, but that's how it is.

Sounds like one of our Canonsburg employees trying to deflect and not face reality.
