Jesus people get real if this is the least we have to worry about then we are very lucky. Jobs one and go and so does money but family does not be thankful for what you have and be positive we could live in a place that does not have the freedom e have there are bigger issues than a job. It pays the bills and allows us luxuries most people do not have trust me life will go on if Honeywell completely shuts down, take a breathe and enjoy our short lives.

What leadership doesn't know (because they're disconnected elitists) is that the Indian teams are mostly worthless. The infosys transition was the definition of failure. The only reason anything is shipping because of the Americans willing to pick up the slack. I'm guessing less people will be so inclined to do so after they find out whats waiting for us in 2017!!
You already are training them. They are becoming more independent every day.
I will NOT train any foreigners to replace me. If it comes down to that, they can just fire me OR better yet, I'll train them to do the job all wrong so they consistently miss targets. Once our OEM customers have enough misses, they will drop honeyhell as a supplier and that will be that. Thanks Dave!!
It won't shut down, it will move many operations overseas once we're done training other countries to do the same jobs we hold now. This is a much bigger problem than just HON, but we contribute to it in a large way. Ironically, one of the best things that could happen is for HON to completely shut down so it cuts off the training overseas.

Sure I agree, but be sure to adjust your lifestyle accordingly. The west is on the decline.
