Time to slowly (or quickly) ramp up the number of sick days in Q4. A 20-40% productivity reduction should be more than enough to offset those pesky productivity improvements that have resulted in RIFs and furloughs.

Unlimited vacation sounds great but is TERRIBLE for employees! It's manager discretion AND they don't have to pay anything toward accrued vacation when people quit or are RIF'd. This company simply does not care about its employees any longer.
I was on a business trip this week and a VP, after a few glasses of wine, told me that we're going to unlimited vacation. The kind where it's noted what you take and is a disincentive.
THE RED FLU!!!
Although I hear rumors that they're going to change the vacation and sick day policy. I'm sure it will be better than before, right??? Hold onto your ankles...

Another reason why jobs are leaving America.
Flu season is upon us!
Helping dave to tank AERO like he's working so hard to do?
And what will that accomplish?
Whomever isn't RIFd should try to call out as much as possible or at least drag their feet as much as they can. Together, we can ensure nothing ships and nothing gets done the enture month of December.
I feel ill already ..
