During the midyear review my manager said that HR was requesting relocation preferences for all employees without specifying if it was for short term purposes (i.e. balancing workload among sites) or long term (i.e. possible plant closure). Just wondering if the question was asked company-wide, aero-wide or just at Phx Engines.

Some supervisors/managers asked and some didn't. Go figure.
A co-worker found a document that stated that if you refused a relocation you wouldn't get severance $.

Toronto too- looks like to make a number..if you say NO .... can make a point that you are not flexible..though company has to justify for benefits to relocate !!!!
