Thread regarding Honeywell International Inc. layoffs

Nobody should be suprised...not enough 'regrettable turnover' to rethink furloughs.

DC explains his furlough strategies...I wonder if in 2016 he hit his 100% target.

"Regrettable Turnover?!" That's a new euphemism for sticking it to innocent people and forcing them out on the street! Try "hopeless victims of horrific and rampant greed", or "the unemployed so I can buy another ticket to Europe." The only thing regrettable for these people is we still have a voice, laid off or not, to point and call it like it is.

Lol don't you all get it? Dave is going to cash his chips out and then they're going to toss us all out on the street with no regard to our lives. I'm actively pursuing other opportunities but until that happens, I'm going to stick Dave and his butt buddy dairyass release as much as possible. Im getting my pound of flesh and thats that.

I guess Davy Boy forgot what he wrote.... The "regrettable turnover" is fast approaching critical mass, then Timmy Boy finished off the people making a difference by working mega hours from home. The idiot throwing parts in the trash needs to quit already. Don't forget Honeywell needs to payout our pension.

Dont get me wrong, I'm pissed and think HON treats their employees like a giant liability which they need to minimize, rather than an asset they need to take care of.

However @ubb take some pride in yourself, and if you are so unhappy just leave. I'm sure you are qualified to work for a company that cares about it's employees. Generating wanton waste because you are unhappy is childish and unprofessional. I agree the leadership here is childish and unprofessional, but an eye for an eye and we all go blind.

Reading this made me feel even more happy and justified in throwing expensive parts in the trash each day. I figure if i can drive costs up 5-10k per day I'm doing my part to continue daves goal of bankrupting HON AERO. Thanks for the reassurance, Dave!

There you have it. Cote furloughed everyone but himself and his front line, because they "would have lost too much in the form of bonuses". OMG.
