Please do so, but try to refrain from exaggeration and profanity. If we all stick to brevity in our comments while posting our comments (negative and positive), this site will better serve everyone.
Let's not lose the opportunity to make good use of this medium to communicate to each other.
Even if the senior leadership team is looking here, they are far too arrogant and disconnected to take it seriously. Bottom dollar right now, near term is all that matters to them. Always reactive, never proactive..
This board should be a wake up call for our execs as well - I hope some of them are reading how the grunts feel - not sure if they care at all but layoffs dot com should be the best feedback tool given to them - granted, 70% of the posts here should be disregarded as noise, but there are enough recurring themes here that are widely embraced and they should be paying attention to them
Unfortunately with an anonymous user base open to the whole of the internet, there will be trolls seeking to agitate. Easy to do when people have so much reason to be passionate or even angry about the horrible mismanagement and disrespect that has plagued them for so long now.
There were a couple of comments referring to things like "I'll mess you up" or similar - semantically, it's a threat, a benign one nonetheless. Anyhow, all of that was deleted promptly - they do monitor the site and they do delete posts. The best thing is to read rules below and you should be fine, it's straightforward and keeps things civil and clean which helps us all here (it's seems that we have a nice small insider community here - it's a pity that we do not have more folks participate)
i agree - i visit this site to see if there is new info about layoffs, furloughs, etc. All of the "disguised" profanity and mud-slinging is interrupting the exchange of useful information.
Speaking from my own experience as I got blocked a month ago (now using proxies and thats super slow to surf and post - If you abuse this forum by entering repetitious posts, foul language, calls for violence, person or property threats, ALL YOU EVER POSTED WILL BE REMOVED, YOUR IP ADDRESS WILL BE BLOCKED
