Hey, I'm on the front lines when it comes to quality. I'm on a team of people that reviews the most urgent field issues and "tries" to solve them. Yeah, today's financial system, demanding continuous growth every quarter to please shareholders (which is totally unsustainable) is the main problem. Dave Cote knows that Honeywell's little ponzi scheme is about to unravel, which is why he's dumping his stock and retiring. If I had Honeywell shares I'd dump them now while I still can. Honeywell is basically presenting Wall Street with a solid looking facade with a crumbling structure behind it.
