Crap! That means more than 33% are gonna be fired in Canonsburg. We have over a 100 easy. I hope they don't shut down the office and move everything to Houston.

Already too late for WARN notice. If they give you 60 days' pay then there is no penalty for not giving a notice. No WARN notice in Houston for April and November layoffs. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Worker_Adjustment_and_Retraining_Notification_Act
Don't get too comfortable with the fact that Noble is not currently listed. I checked the same sight to see if WARN notice was given for the November 2015 layoffs in PA and the answer is no. Noble was not listed in August thru November 2015.
I checked too. Not there. May be a good sign. Quit scaring people.
Do your research before you scare people for no reason there are NO recent listings for Noble Energy this morning for the month of September that I can find.
Leave well enough alone, people!
Wow . Went to the link , and Noble still is not listed ? Dumb@**

Noble is not listed on the active PA Warn notice page ....
May be 50 or more gone. Some moved to Houston also. It can almost all be done from Houston. Denver too.
where did you see this at?
