Its embarrasing.
Press "1" for English, and still, you don't understand wtf the offshore guy us telling you! And that's "Premier" "World Class" company?
The language barrier is very real. They love to outsource, but they never evaluate how it's working. Payroll IT is terrible and AP is atrocious. I've had invoices I've been trying to get paid from a yr ago.
With no much scrutiny regarding skill-sets, I might add. Management positions have been handed out with no relevant experience or education, the cost differential seems to be the only factor. Check out the structure of the new COE that was created last year in ACS, for example....Now try to apply for such a position (or even as a lateral move for a staff or PE job) in the US....
Romania is a big one they are sending most of the jobs too.
