What are your thoughts on contractors? There is a lot of grumbling about the topic, just wanted to see what a larger group of folks felt

It's not accurate at all. Our site lead recently told us only contractors that don't directly handle parts could be affected. Contractors that build and handle parts are safe. Same goes for everyone else.
How accurate is this?
Sorry - all contractors are out. That was decided 2 weeks ago. It is just a matter of pulling the trigger.
