I guess someone didn't like the comments on the D&C folks. Did it hit too close to home? Don't like what the employees really think of you?

IyHSNbD-1zjp -- i think you were drunk when you wrote that...???
D&C was the most mismanaged group at cop.
From hiring idiots from leesville,la to run operations to corrupt and drunk superintendents (mark "I like weenies" h.) -- it makes sense why we spent like drunk sailors and now pay the price.
I must have struck a chord with somebody up in the office cuz congress keep telling me I'm causing nothing but problems but now they say that I'm in trouble with the government I'm loving it. I shoveled sh-- on my life and now I'm topping it on..
Okay - the business case for changes in well engineering:
-
There is and has been no well activity for more than a year
-
Current leadership responsible for running off anyone with innovative or creative ideas
-
Drilling is no longer a strategic skill set
-
Our customer (the asset) is more interested in well productivity and completion cost than drilling
-
Lower quartile drilling performance by any independent analysis of critical wells
-
Loyalty (to leadership) and tenure more important than performance
-
Poor personal hygiene
Most of all, if you "shaft" your employees they have an incentive to come back at you ... treat them well and they don't. It's just bad business but you are used to that right!
Oh yes they do! There have been many posts deleted with only first names listed. The one before you was just deleted a few minutes ago. Glenn S. has a guardian angel.
I don't think CoP management has anything to do with this forum...
I assume noone got hurt... it says in the terms and conditions... no names or post gets deleted and your ip banned!
