They said San Juan is a mature asset and better suited to to maximize value from it as a field production operation. One manager with foremen/department heads reporting directly. All other management positions eliminated. Some will be offered transfers most will not.

Everything except the Bakken, EagleFord and unconventional Permian is a mature asset. With plans for 12-rigs we can expect explosive 400% growth!!! ... are we missing an opportunity to spin the positives?
