In episode 3 of "fake it until you make it!" BK declares that mediocrity is alive and well at Intel. Whilst the CEOs of most big tech companies come from prestigious schools BK is happy to state that anywhere else he wouldn't have had a chance with a degree from San Jose state. However with Intel's recent initiative on diversity and inclusion employees are no longer discriminated against due to their levels of intelligence. "Look at Aicha for example if she was a smart white man she'd have been fired but not here at Intel. Color, age and race are not factors in our hiring, promotion and retention" - BK. Aicha also let's rip into the inclusion policies at Apple - "The problem with Apple is they don't have any senior people from the LGBTQ community!". Whist fake it until you make it has been well received by critics and the general public. Large hedge fund managers are embarrassed to admit Intel was one part of their portfolio.
