It's never been off. Delay and will still happen. The delay is legal.

MPLS Stimson - Demands are the same to provide world glass guidance products to commercial, DOD and space solutions to Honeywell Aerospace. However this place has been a "house of cards" for years with negligence by senior leadership to recognize the true strength and technical capability and reward employees accordingly. Management has become hamstringed locally to reward true talent accordingly. HR on a local basis is no existant with exception of hiring and exit interviews (many more exit than new employees). I worked for the old Honeywell when corporate was MN based rather than NJ). I returned to Honeywell 10+ years ago in senior engineering with the feeling this was the same company that I left. Needless to say after working in with many high tech companies in Silicon Valley I was amazed at the "state of the place" technologically after my return. I retired recently wishing my Minneapolis compatriots well. There is life after Honeyhell 🖖

The RIF has always been through the end of Sept in formal communication? Delayed would be Q4

It's probably delayed so they won't have a mass lay-off at one time so as not to make the investors on Wall Street nervous.

I know the reason it was delayed but cannot say here as it would identify me. Sorry. And yes it is in fact DELAYED.

Just heard that rif is delayed till September for some reason. Don't want to muddy the waters but that is the latest I got from management today.

Really?! There are so many opinions on the dates, numbers of people, areas/sites to be impacted that there is no way to predict with certainty when the layoffs will begin. The only thing that is known (based on recent Town Hall) is that this round of layoffs will be completed by end of September 2016. Honeywell was ever so generous in giving employees plenty of time to worry and stress out over job loss potential.

What about layoffs in Tulsa OK - UOP Callidus and UOP Russell?

If you are PP&C in Clearwater, pack your bags. ETS is outsourcing techs to PR as well as engineers. MCOE is taking cuts, if you are software outside of SWCOE, pack your bags. If you are a systems or program engineer with low yield and EEI, pack your bags. If you are a manager with less than 8 employees that have low yield and EEI, pack your bags. If you are HR, you are safe until the next quiet round. Less people means less HR, pack your bags. All AME is safe and most touch labor from ISC. I also heard they are looking into outsourcing quality and reliability functions to PR. 99% of techs are safe, unless you do something stupid. Managers will be replaced by supervisors and some Sr managers are going bye bye. If you don't play the yield and EEI game, pack your bags. Key: <1.1EEI pack your bags. Honeywell only cares about the bottom line. If you have stock, buy more. They want to drop the dead weight to speed up the stock prices. Raytheon is hiring in Clearwater and they want the best Honeywell engineers and technicians. If you have a clearance, Raytheon wants you. As for me, I just packed my bags.

Is it known what groups they are targeting? Planning engineering test Finance? Or a mixture? I'm at the Clearwater site and no information has been slowed down at all. Morales definitely at a low point. Many people are looking to leave.

Is that throughout the company? Or site specific?
