Look at where Chevron's stock price is at 1:00 pm EST today. Down $3.00/share to $99.50. We are tanking and this is not the end of it either. Oil is on its way down.
Do other companies have similar problems with project execution or is CVX especially bad? It's hard to imagine them being worse.
