Conoco has numerous people in the office just taking up useless space. Their ops center, why would u need 20 people looking at a computer to tell the guys/girls in the field how to do their jobs?? Not one of them know whats going on out there but the sure have their 2 cents in....get out while u can people the corruption and disrepectful things that happen at Conoco is unreal. The exta marital activities is prasied around there SMH! Bring back the old ways of doing stuff companies succeeded with out all the extra BS if it aint broke why fix it?

Thought I was the only one wondering why we have a 24/7 aka big brother and ops center oh please that is not a department that is a beard contest fraternity house law suit waiting to happen .
The difference is Exxon bought Mobil. Conoco did not buy Phillips. PPCO was actually 20% larger.

There are Supervisors who have "created" positions just to keep their friend or golf buddies on staff. Creating such positions they have managed to over staff and they cut people who actually have a position in the company thats need, and they lose their job because "logistics" the "ops. Center" and under their desks positions are needed more than someone in the field already managing 10o or so wells😂😋 chew on that awhile
First of a u got too many people to issue work order numbers takes forever to get one, when u call them they never answer! Secondly, you got 24/7 a group who knows nothing about what they are doing but in every piece of anything that would justify their jobs, and then theres "logistics" who not one of them know anything about hauling oil or water but they are in charge? Of course one of these named are probably what you guys do...thats why you have an arguement. If u cut out the bullshit made up positions so the supervisors can keep their little "flock" youd have a legit thing going
First of all it's ConocoPhillips not Conoco. P66 was the larger of the 2 when they merged. Also without the petro-technical people you would have no wells to operate.
Who's going to process and pay your expense report ?
Good for you for not knowing how business is run. Granted they are overstaffed but that's because there are no wells on the drill schedule. 😮
