I just received a picture of a spreadsheet where a EF fac engineer ranked everyone in the projects org and who was getting laid off. At least that group is getting a preview of the blood to come. Maybe groups in Permian should announce their lists as well. It would sure make Sept less stressful...

Managment should be thankful I'm helping make their jobs easier. You're welcome ingrates!
The manager had to call a meeting of supervisors than send an email out to the entire EF projects group. He basically said that spreadsheet was completely false and only one person's opinion. He also mentioned that the engineer responsible acted in poor taste and judgment. That engineer will most likely be laid off now.
Playing into the stress and turning the company into a middle school playground is sad. If someone thinks a list made by a single individual is legitimate, then they probably are at the bottom of the so-called list.
The list is BS - was created by a facilities engineer, as you said, but with ZERO influence from management...strictly their own opinion.
