Mid-Years were due by the end of last week I believe for all.

Had mine (mid-year) last week.
Maybe your manager's getting whacked so he/she is FIGMO.
Mid years are required if you are Band 3 or above.
Mid years are not due until second week of August
My manager conducted a mid-year review this year. From statements I believe it was required for everyone in the group.
I don't think mid years are required unless you were in the outer L at year end. Now, MOST still do them.
