... ConocoPhillips is the only oil company I know that STILL uses decision trees - EVERYONE else uses probablistic techniques.
Well in response to the last post, you need to produce something that exploration has found? Our companies problem is exploration has found nothing worth developing or nothing that would produce at a profit. Maybe Big E should stop hanging at the coffee bar and find us some oil.
Ryan needs to double up on his xanax so he will have some balls to E&P. After thats what COP is E&P
Creating a decision tree
To @1aag
"high impact exploration well" haha. The reputation of dry hole precedes you 'CoP'.
Ekofisk B).
One thing I can count on : Unqualified people like you will always drill dry holes...
Don't panic, all of ConocoPhillios offshore rigs are waiting on location with the exception of Conoco403 which is ready to drill the next high impact exploration well on Magnolia. Everything is fine ... just don't ask any questions.
According to RigLogic ConocoPhillips has seven rigs under contract:
Conoco403 - Ready stacked
EkofiskB - Waiting on location
EkofiskC - Waiting on location
Phillips Rig46 - Waiting on location
Phillips Rig47 - Waiting on location
Phillips Rig66 - Waiting on location
Tor - Waiting on location
Nothing same story Conoco or Phillips wasted money year after year on exploration. Only way they added reserves was buying other companies or production. No organic growth.
going. bankrupt.
nothing...
