Worst leadership team ever

This is the the type of bonus the "leadership" team gets. For what? Years of decline, mismanagement, and self promotion? What a joke. They should all be terminated.

From the recent Form 8K:

"The total amounts that would be payable to the NEOs under the Key Employee Incentive Plan for four full quarters of participation and assuming that all performance-based metrics are achieved each quarter are as follows: Kevin J. Kennedy $9,600,000; James Chirico $2,750,000; Amy Fliegelman Olli $1,650,000; and David Vellequette $2,350,000."

hi friends I recently left Avaya one few weeks ago. I was disgusted when I knew about KK bonus and about the last unpaid leave request.

They promoted the unpaid leave to pay bonus for the c level management folks

With fear of Avaya seoll out, lot of experienced people in India are leaving company. No back fill is being done. New college pass outs are hired and being replaced as back fill. This Is adding lot of pressure on managers and other team members who are already very confused about Avaya and there own future. Only confusion and frustration prevails in Avaya. Almost everyone in India is searching for new opportunities. Talented ones are moving out and non talented ones will only remain with Avaya untill forced to leave. Dear friends, if you wanna secure your family - LEAVE AVAYA.

Yeah. Kevin Kennedy is absolutely the WORST leader I have worked under. Completely detached from the business. Failed strategy, failed policies, declining revenue. Seriously? How can anyone think this is effective leadership. What has he accomplished since he took over? Business in decline. Hired worthless sales leaders. Quarterly "strategy" changes that are said to be part of the "grand plan". Idiot tries to rewrite history. Decides that a "reduced work schedule" is required, but doesn't have the guts to address the employees himself, instead, hiding behind the skirts of HR. LOL.
