COP is one of the most discriminating companies I know. They are have it but there is always a reason or loop hole to make it in their favor. I am sick and tired of being told to work hard do you best follow the career map, blah, blah, blah. When we all know that is crap, it's about who you know and the favoritism as to where you go in this company and always has been. But then again it is like that in most companies. Shut Bartlesville down, move the favorites to Houston and forget it already.

Let us not forget ConocoPhillips is a company with management that mandated "diversity" shall not be used in the promotion of the diversity network for fear the company would be perceived as non-diverse.
By the looks of your grammar, It is apparent that you care very little about how you come across to society. If I were you, i'd work on that first. Then worry about what others can do for you.
