Companies hire recklessly during a boom just to keep up. When a bust comes along they get rid of the ones that would have never been hired in the first. It is not evil or planned it just happens! It you didn't make the cut you can still be thankful that you got to make some good money with lots of benefits and be part of one of the greatest businesses on earth! A person can literally go from working as a roustabout to a CEO of a multi state or international company.

Write something positive loser! Write how what happened to you was not your fault! You are obviously not responsible for your actions so the blame has to be somewhere else!
