Since it's about money, lay off the guy making $30M a year. How can anyone trust a company who's CEO got a nice raise while laying off tens of thousands of employees? SLB is done. When the recovery happens they will not be able to hire enough people. Especially not to drive to that hell hole called Rosharon. For those of you still there - good luck and God bless. There's no where else to go now but hopefully when the recovery happens you will see the light and bail.

I read where SLB reported a $13M loss in revenue for Q4 of 2015. Given that Kibsgaard received a $18.3M bonus, it appears this guy is a total waste of resources. Who needs leadership like this. The board definitely needs to dump this guy as well as the numerous execs and managers running this company in the ground.
That's rough and again I think the company could arrange for you to work in a rougher place than Rosharon.
There's nothing wrong with Rosharon. You must be spoiled to think Rosharon is bad. Maybe you ought to go work somewhere that is rogh. I think Mr. Kibsgaard could arrange that for you provided you aren't cut first.
It'll never happen. The guys is CEO and Chairman. Unless the board turns on him, which I don't see happening, he's set for life if he wants. On the whole, Executives are obscenely overpaid... Kibsgaard is no exception. Ppl who have a lot of heartburn over executive pay need to not work for huge corporations like SLB. Go into business for yourself, or work for some Mom & Pop outfit.
It will cost them more to lay him off than keep him under stress and work schedule lol.
It's time to shut down some segments.. all tools are in cold storage, no jobs
you can't trust these guys with your career - they will offload you in a minute
But he is worth every dime he is payed for keeping this company afloat during these tough times in the industry, yeah right. Even if he was let go his severance would be more than what 100 employees make in a lifetime.
Can confirm, still work in rosharon. Hell hole
