You laid my ass off three weeks ago, and I just heard that IT has sent a ton of employees to India to visit and watch indians code, many for the umpteenth time. WTF!!!!!!!
Cut costs, employees and benefits and then send employees on unnecessary trips. Follett's priorities are all f_cked up!
It boils down to cutting employees so they can waste money on themselves. It is obvious that they are not thinking about the long term health of the company. This is all about getting as much as they can in the short term. They will continue cutting employees and spending on themselves until there is nothing left.
