Now is the time to trim the organization into the new organization CPC/COP wants and needs to be. Don't let this opportunity pass you by.
Still too many employees for the Canadian BU. Still 1 manager/supervisor with 2-3 DRs. How is this possible especially for groups like HSE/HR/SD?
