Anybody agrees that the Schlumbot operate like Mafia, destroy you after full utilization without mercy, this's what is going on in all segments.

Not all the managers there are dirty, but many are. The system encourages that, otherwise these many cannot survive because many of those many are simply incompetent in any position. We all know how they got their jobs. I work my assoff too to cover for 3 of such managers that do nothing but manage in their offices. We have 3 managers and 5 non-managers. We are in Hosuton, but out of these 5 non-managing employees, one who is also on the payroll but is located in the UK and nobody knows what this freak does. We call such employees "dead souls' . And because my managers are out of the UK, we know that this dead soul will stay and I can loose my job any day. This is what your management does, and you are telling me that they work they butts off! I can tell much more about these guys, its just they would know who I am and I would be the 1st one to go, and not them.

"There are very few good / kind-hearted managers left" - Define managers? FSM's ? OPM's? VP's or are you tarring them all with the same brush. Second question : Have you had personal experience of the majority of these managers?

I've worked my bollocks off for 20 years for this Company and I'll be working my bollocks off when they turn up at my desk with my pink slip. I have pride..man up
SLB have operated like this for many years this is not new. The downtown has highlighted and strengthened this ruthless, uncaring style of management.
What is needed is a strong competitor to bring this company back to reality, a difficult thing to achieve at present, but good morals and a sense of decency are sadly lacking in nearly all locations.
If there is God, Buddha, Allah, Krishna, Mouses, or what ever, may they punish the dirty managers and their families that use this situation to get rid of those who could shadow them and their f--s and those who take bribes and also those who cover it up.
There are very few good / kind-hearted managers left. I wonder how they all sleep at night. I guess their big fat bonuses can buy an adequate amount of sleeping pills... They are all idiots. It will eventually catch up to them as well...
