Either way it screws the employee currently in that role. And lets be honest, reduced/eliminated and replaced by what - the home office teams? Be serious, they are why we are in this mess now.
Everyone is so quick to just say "it's eliminated" or whatever. depending on volume it will either just go to hourly, go to hourly PT, or be eliminated. Everyone's so quick to jump to the worst case right off the bat
The Short answer is; depends on your store's volume. I don't have the figures in front of me, but below the 1.5 million level or a '3T' level, unless specific circumstances allow for an exception the position is to be eliminated. Above that, you're good.
