The truth behind MyWork

It has become obvious that the whole reason MyWork has been cancelled is so that they can easily get rid of people. In other words they are forcing attrition. I ke outsourcing, this will backfire in their face. Those that resist will be contacted by the legal department.

Good article @-1eez. Wonder how many people in her current org she's won over? Those who would say today she's a "great listener", "consensus builder", and "really love's her". That's right, it's a great place to work, I forgot. Yea, gotta love the Kath, she's awesome.

The only way to get severance is to be let go. The whole myWork change is a scheme to frustrate people to leave so they can save money on severance. If you willing leave, they won't owe anything. That's exactly what they want.

I used to love my job. Cathy Bessant killed it. She's an in-charismatic, no-nothing, lying sack of crap.

Are they offering severance packages to the affected by the myWork changes?

I agree. I think they hired all of us in MyWork knowing they would get rid of most of us. I'm so frustrated because I left a good job to join the bank which was a huge mistake. Now I'm unemployed and struggling to find a new job.
