The finger is pointing at every employee. Sales are way down again for the 4th year. No progams on the horizon to reverse that trend. You can count on more layoffs in 2017.

Don't forget the purchase of Advanced Online. They won't manage it right and it will be a massive inventory level mess.

The Neebo contract purchase was the dumbest thing I've personally seen them do yet. Poorly executed without a true plan. Welcome to Follett, your buddy is a 500 miles away!

The biggest mistake that board made of all was the hiring of Don Germano who then brought his band of K-Clowns with him.

It is never to early to begin preparing for Layoffs 2017!

How about the family? The $80 million in cuts is so their dividends aren't diminished. Anybody write that heartfelt letter?

People with really, really bad ideas that drained the company of $ and resources are to blame ... I.e. skyo, retalon, and buying neon.

Shareholders are to blame. They elect a board of directors to run their company. Their board has made terrible decisions over the past 10 years.

In this company, shareholders are family and a few others. It's their company and they've wrecked it.
