No more raises for you. You're paid too much already.

I can name more than enough dumb f---s they could have laid off here in PC but instead Lay off the good guys, the 20 + year guys! Oh let's keep triple digit managers that don't do a f---ing thing.

The guys on the floor keep that place going! Guarantee They could close the office personal and management for a week straight shit would still get done and most likely more productive!

To the reply of 9 hours we get a 30 minute paid lunch no breaks (hr is unsure at this point) 10 hours total. Most of the plant is actually okay with this just a lot of unanswered questions

Idk but my math says it's 10 hours unless you get an hour lunch break and if you do you should be happy. We get a 30 minute paid lunch break

Anybody know how holidays that are scheduled for Fridays will work?

Will we still be paid for them or since we will be on a 4 day work week do we not get holiday pay to keep cost down?
