The sinking oil prices reflect a sinking economy in general, for e.g. china is down the tubes. The global recession is coming and with luck, the originator of this thread will be wiped out.
Hey $4.00 dollar a gallon of gas person, this is why Schlumberger is in trouble. Oil company greed and oversupply was the cause of this massive downturn. Do you think 100 pecent of Americans should have to suffer high gas prices to keep 10 percent in a job? That is kind of selfish of you don't you think? Schlumberger is just as greedy as the big oil companies and won't think twice about letting you go if they think that a buck can be saved.

I feel your pain, Schlumberger was nice enough to let me go one week before I made 20 years. No worries though, there is life after big blue.
