The Game we Play

The primary objective in a chess game is to capture the king but when you inject the present orders (conditions) of headcount elimination without severance to save money (character assassination). The game now changes without informing the chess players (employees). Sneaky tactics to eliminate people managers do not like based on age, salary, skin color or pure jealousy and dislikes. Cover up the reasons and use whatever tools necessary such as misleading, play on words and then us corporate security to find something so insignificant. Let us not forget the sneaky nut and bolts quarter review outlines(riddled with pits to trick you up). I am from the south and let us see how many southern managers have eliminated Yankees and Blacks, Yup the south is still kicking (flags still wavy). Did you know the same is done at Wells Fargo? HR told me -we place all the Yankees at Harris complex and all the Southern people in uptown because that is how it is done here-. Using our own CEO words of wisdom -they all do it-(discriminate).

Change the game like cool hand Luke and place a Black manager to fire black employees then change out the manager. The Bank of America employee hand book is polar opposite depending on what department you work for (I have compared the fine print). Security has specific rules (details) undisclosed hidden deep in archives away from the employee handbooks (It takes a long time to find it but might be found surfing an unorganized data base of rules regulations that would take a normal person years of surfing) Bury rules in mounds of online databases (pentagon wars -papercuts-). Let us not forget amending rules to fit our needs then undo the amending after we have eliminated enough headcount. One example is email classification and how do you classify an email. There is a mention about this but no real understanding of how to perform this with the email system used such as Outlook because it is based on a person’s perception (Yup more game plays as Hilary Clinton knows all about it). Do you add a hint in the subject line or ooo is there also a hidden dropdown box to classify it or do you encrypt (counter intuitive or counterintuitive misleading policies)? Another rule is to lock your computer with a password, key cable and do not forget your cabinets before you leave your desk or you have created a violation. This is grilled with tests and in the handbook. You frackin think anyone can perform this task (it takes time when running to meetings back to back). Do you really think managers perform this? (Listen up! it does not happen fools, Peeing in the bathroom is more important). Security announces they will be auditing a department for violations and the department supervisor will share with lower tier managers and the manager might tell the employees they favor. Tuff shit for everyone else. It is all a con game. The entire bank would be eliminated if this was enforced covertly with security operatives walking around. Lets check the managers covertly first (never happen). However we use these games if we do not want headcount. The other area of interest is a quote from our CEO, -Everyone does it-. I have friends who work at non-bank institutions and let me make it clear, the bank instructs other businesses how to cheat better and then claims everyone does it. Character assassination and discrimination.

We had an incredibly sharp (almost Harvard type) individual in our department in a senor project role. The person was sharp! A Merrill lynch individual did not like the person so they called in an email violation on them. She was forced out. Merrill people are the scum of the bank. If you send an email to your wife and do not classify it correctly then it is considered a violation (fired). They go to extremes for headcount elimination. Corp security claims your fired under the rule of “you are in charge of your own career”. Figure out what you did wrong with not understanding the play on word rules or unlisted details. No- sit down explanation and second chance. Head count elimination. Dirty pool

I agree. Corporate security does not take into account and does understand the business such as one department may have updated software over another (standards are no longer standards and exceptions only apply to management). Security is also involved in attempting to remove people by trickery or by honesty ambitions but the rationality is flawed by the current departmental bureaucracy and implied rules to get your work completed or else then statements. Violations are always subjective because each department contributes to security violations under Managements direction to eliminate headcount. Employees are hired to complete assignments with unrealistic time frames applied.

The irrational issue is how to complete impossible timed assignments based on current rules. From departments, security, managerial, implied rules and just plain old incompetence rules. All the rules fracking overlap. Now add in the emotional games and orders from senior management to eliminate head count gives you an idea of how easy it is for management to create health issues or in house heartaches and leave of absences. Law suits against a company show you the true ambitions of this bank.

Employees are not hired with a PHD in bank rules. Using corporate security is always a managerial PlanB idea for headcount elimination. Did people receive proper guidance and school to help understand what they did wrong (no!) because it is called headcount elimination agenda (character assassination). Drink the Kool-Aid because “you are in charge of your own career” this comment from HR is famously used internally to help eliminate managerial responsibility. The same above comment is used by the CEO when presenting to the shareholders all the time (Basically redefined “you are in charge of your own depleted stock price” but our CEO will tell you about the weather. Did you ever see the stock vote proxy to increase the board of director’s raises and bonuses (are employees receiving stock voting proxies in the mail?). You have managerial accountablity when managerial jobs become a bull market in the wanted ads (stock prices will rise). You should read about the Monty Hall problem. (“and the host, who knows what's behind the doors”) (while a player who switches wins in two out of three)

Out of the HR terrorist handbook

-Listen to complaint

-D-bunk the complaint or add doubt of the intention (identical to how rape cases are droped)

-Call department and department will move into damage control to remove employee.

-HR will advise you strongly not to continue your complaint or there are consequences and you will lose (Immediately talk to a lawyer because you may have a case).

-HR works with your department and manager to begin intimidation and falsification of your termination.

-Soon they will plot to physically run your health down and will attempt to fabricate excuses why you are not up to expectations. They will also attempt to bring in other branches of the bank to inadvertently help them slander you such as using corporate security to harass and pull any data of most insignificance to eliminate you.

-If you are a protected individual called out by the labor law then it will work in the same manner but much slower such as reducing your wages etc. to finally get you out.

-Seek out legal counsel when you feel you are a target. A savvy person will file the HR complaint at the same time detailing a personal journal (If you have a good case HR cannot say you never contacted them to help) Contact a legal representative before or after.

-In many cases performing the same but opposite functions as HR might help your case. Upset your manager in questions with hopes they throw something negative at you proving your case. Continue to probe the system of how they are leading your elimination process by reviews. Some legal areas offer third party resolution. File complaints with police to help your case. If HR never bothers speaking to you in person or tells you to continue to work things out because everything will be ok- immediately seek legal representation.

-During this process if HR tells you to sign any paper in regards to your performance you must make a rebuttal before signing (remember it is all subjective). This is another way to wear your health and job expectations down.

-When you finally figured out the manager just does not like you and elimination is close. "Quit" when they really need help. Of course you will give your two week’s notice signed and noted by email to keep for your records. Nothing states you must work hard before you leave. Find a better manager with people skills and less ego.
