Welcome to 2016
This was just round one. Round two in late April and probably round 3 in October. That's the rumor. Where there's smoke.
Dissagree with outsourcing being a good idea for Avid, with the little talented staff remaining who are real players and know how to do their jobs, they should be acknowledged, and well deserved. The major problem is the political politics, e-staff is too busy getting their friends inside and deciding where to travel and things to do to for self benefit on the companies dime.
The e-staff is clearly out of focus and completely avoiding the entire process on how to get things done.
This does give me anxiety. to the point it is effecting my health. I work my butt off at this job never knowing if tomorrow will be my last day. Outsourcing is right, and they did everything so fast these @outsourcing employees never got a chance to even understand how things are ran. I am really looking for an escape plan, and hope everything pans out. Much love to the honest, genuine employees at Avid, the ones that are left...but to the guys running the show, good job ruining a great company and dedicated teams who really stood behind its product.
That does not sound very promising. How many will take a hit this year?
working everyday wondering if you're next isn't a good feeling #escapeplan
