It's a shame slb have made such a mess of Mi Swaco. Lot of good people gone and managers now in positions with little experience, shame.

M-I SWACO under Schlumberger has lost many projects due to clients not happy with the support and service they are now getting. Baroid are now the worlds #1 mud company

Here's a news flash......SLB sucks. You cannot impose European values upon American workers. What works in Europe works in Europe. What is valued in AMERICA does not include SLB!

This is just a nostalgia about those golden times mentioned earlier. Nowadays under SLB they need to work hard, the same way as the SLB guys work, but many of those managers also mentioned of below cannot handle that. The actions of those outrageously incompetent upstars has consequences paid for by those who are whining about SLB here.

MI had such a great culture. SLB could never understand the concept of watching each other's backs. They only understand stabbing each other's backs. A strange working world indeed. Only the young and devious survive at SLB.

You guys went to out of business because the management take bribes and hire incompetent managers especially those from the UK, India and Latin Americas. What else did you expect during these hard times? These managers show now their true faces, what they know and how they can manage. Logically this would not have happened during golden times when even a biologist with no experience could handle drilling or chemical engineering department. This shit would go unnoticed and for a long timebut now... and this not schlumberger.

They went from monopoly position to out of business in our region in just a couple of years after SLB took over. Good job, muppets.

Florence KY isn't finished yet as there are many foreign Schlumberbots who will welcome an assignment in KY. Move them in an ruin this company as you have all others SLB.
