2016 Bonuses

Bonus expectations are so bad no need to rush the mass layoffs.

Are you really surprised? I'm sure they "fought for you" but just couldn't get a better bonus or comp raise.

I've been "helping out" covering my role and a band 4 role. Working nights, holidays, weekends. My bonus was ridiculous. They keep promising me help but they don't care that I've given up my life to cover both roles. That was very apparent in my performance bonus. 14 years with th bank and it is a totally different company than just a few years ago. I get zero support from my manager and have been yelled at since last week from an exec I support for things I'm not in control of..... All for an insulting year end bonus. I'm sure I got paid about half of what my peers were paid and they disappear at 5pm. I'd call Hr but know that is useless and could also hurt the situation.

Many many people in consumer tech got barely a raise (under 1%) and zilch for bonus. These are folks that got great reviews and in the past got great bonuses. It wasnt a matter of no bonuses this year, it was just the bs of less money and band 3's dictating who got what (or got nothing).

im a crm.Our bonuses changes from quaterly to yearly and no one knows how much will be.Managment says will stay the same, but we all know it wont.It will be probibly around $1200 for the whole year versus $1200 a month.Thats why they changed it to yearly. Then they will dissapear as well.
