I concur... I have been at Noble for six years and have seen the decline. It has become a "back stabbing, ass kissing, poor judgement company". Not to mention poor performing company. It's disappointing to see a company lose it's values like Noble has. But then again it's easy to have values when oil is $100/barrel. We find out true character when things get difficult. Noble has shown their true character.
"No ones cares" ... must be one of those brilliant 30 year old Noble team leads. Nice.
I will leave Noble as soon as I can.
I've been there for over 10 years now and have seen a good company change to a back stabbing, ass kissing, poor judgement company driven by Susan et al. What she doesn't know about the subsurface is scary. Her giant head and lack of true geoscience understanding with her YES MEN in tow has driven the company into the ground. Noble will be the next Chesapeake.
