They do think we are stupid and some are, they sent a survey last week ".....you spoke and heard you....we are excited to make this a better place to work. ..." but guess what the layoffs are still coming and be thankful its not your turn this week.

Company just keeps doing their level best to demonstrate their commitment to making the best place to work. NOT. Name one thing they've done recently that's made this place a better place to work? If it wasn't the best before, it certainly isn't trending in that direction. Do they really think people are that stupid?
