SO many good people leaving this plant due to mismanagement. It's absolutely amazing to see this day after day.

Facility used to be full of people who would say "it's okay I've got your back." TV show Survivor mentality now has everybody saying "It's okay, I'll only twist this knife in your back once or twice." Management to blame holding "people accountable" for things they have no control over.
To 203970 - Fight for the good of your people if you are in a position to do so. Leadership is not about you, it is about the people you serve.
Its not wrong to be afraid to fight back as we al know in SLB any dissent against corporate orders and your fired
Nothing new here management lets them selves be pushed by the SLB as they watch the company fall apart because there too afraid to fight back
Sad to hear. There are (or were) many good folks at this facility.
