That Regional killed the entire region.. just walk in to any store and look at the shelves. And what's up with the cronies he's bringing in. Follett do your self a favor and move this guy before you lose all NYC Stores.
Wondering myself why the Manager is no longer there. What the hell happen ? You're only as good as your team and there sure wasn't much left of it.

Good team, knowledgable, hard working and knew how to enjoy their jobs and co-workers. Oh but that this leadrship sees something wrong with talented passionate people enjoying their work, or maybe just jealous. Anyway people like that get pushed out of this culture.
You should have seen the store just before rush. 90% of the textbook shelves were bare. It's no wonder the store has been hemorrhaging sales. I don't know how the manager held on to her job as long as she did.
Worked there from 2009-2013 loved working with those guys. It was very tight knit. They knew how to run a store. Then things fell apart.
Well they currently show no manager. Would love to hear stories.
