To those of you who didn't get laid-off I am so sorry. You have to stay and work for one the most under-handed bunch of weasels running a company anywhere. These guys could not find their ass with both hands and a flashlight. Some of us now get a long paid vacation and the opportunity to work for a much superior company than Noble Energy. I think I am suppose to feel bad about this but I don't whatsoever! This definitely was not a quorum on my skills... I am certain of myself... but more an indictment of Noble. I feel energized and relieved to be gone from the most negative experience of my working career... looking forward to the future. Again my condolences to those who stay.

Wait until you see how hard it will be to find another job in these times. The "long paid vacation" isn't worth it.

If you THINK you could work for a "MUCH SUPERIOR COMPANY" why didn't you leave!?!?!?! Personally, I am very happy with my department and my leadership.
