Thread regarding Bank of America layoffs

I have been in banking 37 years but now its out of control and good customers are getting the shaft.

As an veteran seasoned Underwriter for over 20 yrs , I can no longer make a qualified decision nor be subjective or make a reasonable decision on a long term, solid customer on my own. I now have to present the most ridiculous issues for "waiver" , which seem to all get denied. I would like our risk partners to make those customer calls and explain to them why a good customer is being declined. I totally understand risk analysis as I have been in banking 37 years but now its out of control and good customers are getting the shaft.

OK, what else is new. We've been screwing customers for ages. All banks do.
