We should just standardize the salary. Say everyone makes $100,000 per year regardless of position, manager to tech to engineer, tenure or how long they worked at SLB, etc does not matter. Get rid of the bonus. Equal rights for all. If you make more than $100,000 USD/year expect a pay cut. If you make less than $100,000 USD/year, congratulations you are going to get a raise! Not like that. When they say ur going to make $70K a year that should be $70K after taxes not before. Management don't deserve to make all that bonus. They don't do the actual work. SHELL needs this and that tool. Techs get shi done. Management get fat bonus and techs get nothing. And if they do give a tech a bonus it's all under $1k lol that's if u see it because they go back and take 60% off it. They always making mistakes lol. SLB needs the Federal government to do an AUDIT and see how they pay us. From top to buttom.
