This is how they do it. Highest pay from each department be ready to hit the door.
Techs:
Every tech 3/4 that makes $24.75+ and has 8 yrs or more is going to be on the layoff list for Q4.
Every team leader that sit on his ass all day will be replaced by one of his techs.
Saving money by paying less for higher position and more duties.
Supervisors:
Will merge different department and relocate those supervisor who are no longer supervising a specific dep to other countries. The one who will refuse are going to be let go.
FS:
Be ready to do more than what yall doing now with less pay. No bonus is going to be a must to keep ur job
FE:
Some of them already got transfered to other locations/countries. Suckups went to Houston and Youngsville. Waiting to be promoted to DSM/FSM.
OM:
As yall know an operation manager got transfered and his assistant got promoted later on. He was accused. Instead of firing him we gave him a transfer. She is in Houston.
MM: We have a plan for them. Waiting for votes
