Mistakes and laziness are the norm. Nobody to train and Nobody with any authority to review who knows whether work is right or wrong. Management means you don't have to know what you are doing. . just play golf and go to lunch and games Half the peeps don't know what they are doing and don't give a fig

Anonymous 186588 is right on the money. It is a stifling very un-creative place to work. There is no "breakthrough" thinking going on here. The structure is such that they don't really want any new ideas... even though they act like they do. That's why the GAP training is so worthless and a waste of time and money. I think they do it... just to say they do it... and I am sure it costs hundreds of thousands of $$, or more. They don't believe in it and they do nothing to foster it on a daily basis. Just stay in your office or cube and do your single task day after day. And managers usually are managers because they most effectively learned how to kiss ass the best. Not because they know what they are doing.
Leadership doesn't push for a high performance workplace because they don't understand what it is if they grew up at Noble. Some great people work there but are unable to excel due to the structure. It is what it is. Some of us will move on.... voluntarily or via free taxi ride.
