Word is it's approved. Does anyone know if it has changed at all from 2015 package?

Due to low commodity prices and the resulting need to cut costs, the 2016 Severance package will be known and the "Bobbitt Severance package" , in fact HR received the knives today, however, they didn't have the budget to sharpen them.

The 2016 severance program was approved, as you said. Since it was approved while the 2015 severance program was in full swing, it's a safe assumption to make there will be no changes. Same terms as the 2015 program.

It will include a fully funded, six month psychological course on how to integrate back in to the adult world. Their are options to pick up an extension to this if, after the original six months, you are still in the mindset of being most admired for your bigotry, pettiness and arrogant entitlement to work place persecution of other people. Oh, and six months cobra coverage too.
